Recognise tables

A table job detects table structure on a page and returns cells with their row and column positions, so tabular material comes back as data rather than as a flat sequence of lines.

Table recognition works in Transkribus today; see the Transkribus help center.

The API surface is not yet exposed. It will be announced in the changelog when it is.
